About Feride Uslu
Feride Uslu is a designer, creator, developer and visionary makeup industry expert. With over 22 years of experience as a make up artist, Feride launched her career in New York in the peak of the 90’s working in high end fashion shows which included the Milan and Paris circuit. She has collaborated with international publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Dazed, i-D, The New York Times amongst many others.
Feride is based in Berlin where she develops her practice and shares her airbrushing skills through workshops.
About Uslu Airlines
As a creator, Feride saw a need for innovation in makeup airbrushing tools and products. Over 17 years she developed her own organically designed, lightweight, portable and easy to use airbrushing device called the AOP Airbrush System. It was launched in 2002 and sold in the up-market department store Collette. Along came her own eponymous luxury cosmetics label Uslu Airlines which took the fashion world by storm and remains an industry favorite.
About Airbrush Makeup
Airbrushed make-up is the result of a sprayed pigment misting device which evenly and gently distributes over the skin capable of creating lightweight natural glow to opaque finishes. Uslu makeup is water-based perfect for foundation, blush or eyeshadow. Airbrushing creates the perfect natural finish for high definition photos and videos. It’s many applications and techniques allow for invisible makeup to extreme editorial styles.
